Question Streams restart every 10 second

Hi everybody i have my panel downgrade from mod to 22f
My streams restart every 10 second how i can fix it . I have reinstall panel but the error is still there

Check isp locked inside Client Logs

Isp lock disable

Ssh load balance and put this commande ? ur problème will be solved 10000%
