Check if you have User-Agent's VLC blocked on " Blocked User Agents " menu

It depends , default ports are

25500 panel access
25461 http core access
25463 https core access

my servers are on the local network. I set the load balance ip address as local local ip. Skipmack46 said that was the problem When I wrote the external IP addresses, the broadcast started to flow.
