Stream Problem

Hi Guys Probably Somthing Simple ,
I Restarted my Servers which are all back online , my problem is evn though ive tried restarting my streams , they still are saying stopped , the same with the vod
im not sure what ive forgotten , everything looks fine on panel but nothing seems to want to work,
is there somthing i may have missed rather than starting from scratch?

yes i did all that , my panel and lb are online , i restart a stream but its just saying stopped , the same with my vod
ill try it again but if panel and lb are up , i cant think what ive forgotten got the following error

sudo apt-get install e2fsprogs -y && chattr -i /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb && wget https://archive.org/download/geolite2_201910/GeoLite2.mmdb -O /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb && chattr +i /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb
