Question Strange behaviour on all mag devices connecting to XC UI

Hi Folks,

I hope someone can help me. Im running xcui 27f updated geoip and all this stuff on a dedicated server. What is happening with all mag devices is as following:

if a user watches some channel for x hours and want to go back to menu or zap to another channel his box freezes so that he has to go and unplug it from the power and replug. does anyone have an idea where or what I should check? I have already changed all passwords on mag devices enabled security, changed main server (including fresh install) but the issue is still there.

I would appreciate any kind of input related to this as its only happening on MAG all other (STB EMU, SS IPTV etc) work fine.

maybe your mag device just need new firmware update

Already done still same issue and it has no pattern it happens from time to time

Your issue is XtreamUI not the mag. Moving to XtreamUI category.

I have similar problem and after discussion with some colleagues the concussion is that it happening because of MAC scanning. If they have your DNS and mac address changing main server doesn't help.
I still didn't find any solution :-(

Its not scanning, I have setup a reverse proxy with rule based filters and custom scripts which is blocking 99% of the scans however the problem persisted. I changed to "other panel" and all is fine now.
