Request stb emu custom settings

hi, we need someone to provide us a way of how we can modify the stb emu with customized setting, we can pay him.
the needed is :
how we can generate our own custom logo for the apk.
how we can change the url.
disable the portal url changing.
disable the random mac address. and disable changing it.

also the needed is the remote key mapping setup
and we need do not need random mac address we need to bind it with our stb mac: the first 3 octed should be as 00:1a:79: and the others should be as the same device mac.
can any one help with this.?
