Which version of MAG you have MAG350, MAG250? Some older models needs bypass, since informir maded last year an update sametime when Xtreamcodes went haywire which blocks "non -registered" portals on informir that way they got "illegal" iptv portals down..also there is a second bypass but mostlikely provider aint gonna start changing dns values. But into the bypass, search from google: BYPASS MAG BOX BLOCKING and you get all necesarry info how to do it.
But also, contact your iptv provider and ask them check is your MAG active in their system..sometimes happens that MAG "losts" connection server and wount wokeup when trying open portal. (This happens sometimes us also) If your mag starts to work after they check activity, then you dont need bypass. But if mag still not working "stb blocked" comes around..then you need bypass. And yes, informir can block certain portals and block devices to connect "pirate" portals etc.. I hope this helps somehow. Infomir sent these blocks out about 2-3 years ago either try to reverse firmware to an older version or you or your supplier will have to change DNS

They dont start change DNS...they simply ask you to buy some android box, I preffer FergusonATVbox..very good and handles 4K easily. Or then start using smart television with android build. etc.. there is plenty options for MAG. Or if used to use MAG then StBemulator is your choice.

Yeah mate I am only talking through my case as my portal url got blocked but was easily fixed with a redirect
