what stalker or Ministra Portal version you are using ?
What device you are using Stalker tv app ?
your provider need to have stalker portal v5.0.1 or +
if is lower doest work

ok, unfortunately on the last update of StalkerTv app that infomir do they change the StalkerTv app to Ministra Player app,
on that version 5.3.0 is No longer working StalkerTv app, you need to update the portal to v5.5.0 or v5.6.1 or if you can find the patch so you can put it to the portal that works.
that happen with the mag420w1 on the description indicated you need Ministra TV platform version 5.4.1 or higher but isnt true, you need v5.6.1,.. before i had v5.5.0 and doesnt work, then i update to v5.6.1 and is working

No i dont have the patch,. i update from v5.5.0 to v5.6.1 using infomir guide.
remembert o meake a sql backup before update
