Official IPTV Smarters Pro Rebrand V3.0.1 the Official Release Version is V3.0.7 apparently not sure exactly but it tested it and seem to works well. There are instructions in the zip that are close to right and are easy to figure out. It can all be done on in the Android environment as long as you don't change the package name, . Or if you want to change the package name then you need to do that on a PC. If you try to do anything other then a simple edit...
