Smarters app not working on xtreamUI

hey has anyone seen this issue: everything works fine except smarters app wont connect, if i fresh install, add a category, test stream, bouquet and line, i put the line login and password on smarters and it works fine, but as soon as i restore my database users, lines, streams epg etc... the smarters stopps working

do not add epg, just add epg link , not epg data

make sure the IP is set conrrect on your main server in manager servers

check http port if its the same with the smarters app. i have bought my own android app and i put here my main domain with the port be sure your http port at xtream ui its the same with the smarters app domain?

i tried that, its the same port, same domain and port as if i downlaod line, download line works fine but using the line username and password gives a network error. i still have my old v2 which i installed ADMIN only and that one works just fine but changing channels is super slow as if they are on demand but they are not, they are playing.

try without domain only with ip and check. if zapling is faster
