Question Slow login to iptv smarters

I currently use the IPTV Smarters app, which generally works fine, except for the slow login to my service.

Login times can take anywhere from 40 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds. I've tried two different main servers and am using the NXT panel.

I've tested the connection from my main server to the customer's IP address, and there’s no latency or packet loss.

However, when customers try the app on a different service, they experience no login delays.

You should get support request from NXT panel and Smarters to get useful info.

I have one blames software other blames data centre both says there is no issue
