Samsung recently removed the SMART IPTV app from Samsung App Stores. There is no official announcement why this is done.


Samsung announces its return from SMART IPTV, the developers of the APP SMART IPTV are ready to be returned to the application at the store. It was good to put the APP back in place and then remove it in 3 weeks.

Smart IPTV is an application that replaces the SMART IPTV in the APP Store. However, the number of SMART TV is allowed to install it.
you only have to download the USB key after formatting
after setting on the smart tv detects automatic click on ok.

Haha, I the original app (With the Capitalised name) was removed, this is a replacement (With Un-Capitalised name) which can be installed from USB directly onto the Samsung TV OS.

Thanks for this OP, the only other option realistically (for myself) was to purchase a SimpleSTB Licence which tops at around £28, there are other IPTV applications but with the other members of the household being technologically-null, honestly can barely turn the thing on and off... SimpleSTB is the best option when adding an IPTV line to the SmartTV.
