Request Script needed to rip feed from website

Forgive me as I'm a novice to the backend of IPTV. My provider said they need a PHP script to pull a live feed from a website. They said the tokens change so a script would be needed to add it to their stream box. It's a free website and not behind a pay wall. Can anyone help?

post the web site, and the stream and see if anyone can help.
