so downlaod and yes they are encrypted. I can decode most programs but these are not sure what they are using. thought it was base64 but it keeps failing.. any idea so i know what tools to use

some are encrypted in ioncube search there are several ioncube decoder in google, but most of them are decrypted, if you know about scripts, they will work for you and you can use it
