Question Ripping / Downloading PHP file,

Hi, Does anyone know how I can rip a .PHP page from a web server leaving the PHP coding in tact.

So from reading this. I need to somehow upload a file onto there web server?

PHP is server side. YOU CANNOT "RIP" IT. Either you have direct access to the file or you don't. There is no in between.
