I have unbanned Rhino as I know him and this was an old account he used to login.

What is a day to day account ?
It is prohibited for ALL user to create multiple accounts. He could have had his username changed.
I personally would have banned him. The rules apply to everyone. I'm making an exception this time, he can be glad that he knows you personally!
Next time there are no exceptions. Not even for friends known persons.
