No I can't, You know why ?
The resource was released on 21th Feb. on same day your purchase it. Now you come here after 2 month and claim that the resource is not working.
Of course you can claim for somthing which is not working.
However, you must do this immediately after your purchase and explain in detail what is not working with providing screenshots.

No problem, losing 150 credits isn't the end of the world.
I marked in the actual download that it didn't work.
still have the file, and got an explanation only to install both files which didn't work. Then time passed.
Uses original streamgaga which is exactly the same software
so I can manage.
