only downside to oneprovider that i have found is that if you do not get Guaranteed bandwidth. it will be shared if it says Fair Usage. i have gotten Fair Usage where i get the full speed all the time because i got a slot all by myself. ovh is premium bandwidth. hetzner i found they watch everything you do. ovh doesn't.
