Has anyone had issues with buffering on streams when switching to XUI that didn't buffer on Xtream UI?

All Streams on XUI buffer on Cellular but the same streams on Xtream UI don't buffer on Cellular.

How to fix?

yes i am having same issue but i have xui installed at a different data center and no issue
