i have a problem, i installed the board inserted the old database and when i want to log it throw me a message that the data is wrong?for that i have to reboot the whole server then i can access where is the error??the same when I manually start what the message means???

Only the root user, user in the sudo group (Debian/Ubuntu), or users in the wheel group (CentOS/RHEL) can change file ownership's. Are you running the service as root or a user with proper privileges? You could also login as root or a sudo user and change the ownership of that file to allow the right user to open it. For Example, if I wanted the user stan to be the owner of the file: sudo chown -v stan /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb (Sudo is not needed if logged in as root)

Side note: You can restart the service then immediately run journalctl -xe that could give you more information on the error.
