Question Question about smarters billing for reseller

I used to be able to set this up, but now whether I use a nulled version or my paid version it doesn't connect (I've seen plenty of posts/comments about people getting this same error)

I have to contact smarters support and they get it to work, my question is what are they doing? I would like to be able to install the nulled version and apply the same "fix" that they are doing.

1st thing: What are you giving them access too, when they are “fixing” things? Solely whmcs? Whmcs & server?

I have a different problem , tho I came across this problem and I have seen a couple of people saying it won't connect.

If you are using cloudflare or something along them lines it sometimes blocks it.

Try:

http://yourdns.comort/ make sure you have the forward slash / at the end.

If doesn't work try :

http://yourpanelipaddressort/
