Processes and buffering

I have used XCUI for since it was made.
I am used to looking at the processes running and can tell at a glance when something is wrong.
However the last few days our streams have been buffering badly.
This has never happened before and no changes to servers were made.

When checking the running processes it is obvious something is different but I cannot figure out what it is.
CPU usage, memory etc is fine but there are now hundreds of extra processes that I do not recognise.
They are hundreds of entries like this:
php-fpm: pool xtreamcodes
php-fpm: master process (/home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/php/etc/Rgv8i1.conf ...
/home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/bin/ffmpeg -y -nostdin -hide_banner -logleve ..

Is it a hack?
Is that why there is now buffering?

advice would be appreciated.

i had big issues using 22f downgraded to 21 with no problems since

I have the same problem
I reinstall Main after that all things good.
