Hello people, I have problems uploading subtitles to the VODs in xtream ui, always an error and I can't solve any ideas?

For non-englisch language its problem, I try five solutions but best its convert subtitles to UTF-8 its easy with notepad++

I do like the one in the picture I’m doing something wrong it doesn’t rotate for me the subtitles I use xtream R21 panel I am a donor

create symlink need to be disabled if you want to active subs on it
because ffmepg will transcoded the vod with sub
do not mass edit many vods with subs because will overload your server transcoding, do 10 by 10 or 5 ....

yes exacly dont use create symlink or anything else, just pick your subs and choice COPY from transcoding profile, you can use only remove existing subtitles, if video file is .mkv and have a subtitle in container you dont want, and you want use own subtitle file.

second always your subtitle file .srt must be utf-8, if you want to work without any prob, or server dont give you any error.

with Smarter pro player, the subtitles play automaticaly if you have it active on settings, if you choice to play vod with vlc when load the vod you need to pick the subtitle from vlc menu and they play fine.

With StbEmu from menu you pick which player you want to use, choice exo or vlc, and when you choice a movie from menu go to subtitles and pick your subtitle.

p.s. when you go to pick subtitle always show as english not matters just pick him

and you will be fine
