Question Problem with installing load balancer [502 BAD GATEWAY ngnix]

Hi guys, I have one problem, if someone can help me I would be thankfull.

I installed main + 7 servers with same script, install.py everything same, and its working. Now I am trying to add timeshift to my panel, I did exactly same process, same OS, same settings, everything same, but it is not installing server, its offline, and in Network config is saying 502 BAD GATEWAY ngnix

If someone had this problem, and know fix, I would be thankfull.

sudo chmod 644 /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/php/f3rD1w.pid
sudo chmod 644 /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/php/Rgv8i1.pid
sudo chmod 644 /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/php/rmsC3z.pid
This solved my problem with an Ubuntu 20 server.
