Pretty new to this, What is the best and cheapest site to purchase IPTV channel for me to use to restream.

The second question will be what is the best panel to provide service to my resellers and regular customers.

Third question out of many dedicated servers out there how much will I need to spend to run about 300 - 500 channels on my dedicated server and have it provide a smooth experience and zero lags for 50 - 100 customers for the time being.

Forth question will be is their places I can go to receive channels from the USA, UK, Canada, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia.

I was just going to offer him a help but yes released now it is not the right way to do.
