Question Playlist plays in VLC but wont play in Smarters on PC?

Hi, I have 2 links from my provider a m3u and a portal link, Anytime I try to play the channels in VLC all of them work fine. The interesting part is on the mobile version of Smarters the channels also work fine. Anytime I try to play them on PC or IPTV stream player on my TV I instantly get a Playback error. Has anyone else seen this? Thanks
