Question Panel problem keeps loading.

Hello good afternoon, I have a problem a few months ago.
When I enter the panel, it enters quickly, but if I start to make continuous modifications (change channels, add users, or enter several pages)
the panel stays charging and locked, for about a minute.
What could be the problem?
it's like it gets saturated. but the memory is fine, and I already tried 2 different servers and the same thing happens.

I have tried an Intel (R) Xeon (R) CPU E3-1245 v5 @ 3.50GHz 32gb ram and

Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1230 v3 @ 3.30GHz

only on main with almost 5% cpu and ram usage

The network is 1 Gb which has been tested by OVH and psychz and the available disk space is 99% free

32 GB ram memory is low..Rent a server with a minimum of 64 GB of RAM and a slightly more powerful processor than the current one and you will certainly not have this problem

nonsense. it is completely relative to how many users and how large the database is. i dont disagree that maybe the server needs to be upgraded, but telling someone this as an umbrella statement is not completely factual.

so you think someone with 500 users needs a 64 Gb server? ?

i recently serviced an 8 Gb VPS quad core for someone's service. with proper maintenance, configuration, and tuning, the system performed at 60% during a major event and 2000 users. just saying.... it's all about the quality of the admin. there's "admins" working on their "master's degree's" who cannot even perform up to this level.

all facts! it is YOUR opinion that someone needs a 64 gb server

As far as I could see, he didn't say how many users there are ... I may be wrong, but I haven't read that anywhere

this is true which is why i mentioned that i dont disagree that it might be a recommendation for this case, but maybe not all cases

I was able to fix it, or so it seems.
1 - I set "Default Entries to Show" to 50, before 250
2- I had a server, which was failing a lot, I reinstalled it with Ubuntu 18
and now it works better.
I have Main with ubuntu 16, and the servers with 18. now I have no errors, I will continue testing.
