Does anyone know if its possible to transcode multipule streams using OBS or is it just one at a time??

I have not used OBS in a while but the last time I tried doing this it didn't work too well.

It is better and FAR more productive to push to a private RTMP server and have the server restream to your multiple destinations.

Maybe you can also try some other solutions like IP Video Transcoding Live for multiple transcoding

What do you mean by multipule streams? Stream to many destination or stream to one destination in multi resolution?

For streaming to many destination you can use Ngenix running on the same computer.
