No EPG on Purple IPTV app

I've tried two versions of Purple IPTV and on both it is not pulling any EPG data. I'm logging in through xtream codes api.

Can't think of anything else I can do so some help would be appreciated.

Having Same issue With No Epg Or Part EPG Thats Not Set To Crrect Times Any One Help??

I had to go into settings of the app, "clear catch" and then update guide. Using update both, doesn't seem to always pull epg info.
