This is a little project i have been working on it is a web player for XC UI.

This Player is responsive and has been tested on Laptop / PC / Mobile / Tablet Devices. It is a one page design meaning less files clogging up your server!

It uses the VIDEO.JS player with a P2P Plugin allowing the player to share video between users lowering your bandwidth usage for your web player.

The Video below Is a small click a few seconds long showing the current design using opera browser on windows 10

MKV is not a supported streaming media format. It doesn't supported by the most of Browser, just Crome does have native support for mkv.

As stated here mkv is just a cover for mp4 but is still not supported by a lot of browsers but this is changing

Chrome supports mkv and as a result others should start to as well like the new edge browser from microsoft and Opera as both have switched to the chromium sho hopfully they have support or will in future updates currently the only major browser is firefox witch will hopfully give it support as well

Maybe a couple of things to add or you maybe working on already.

EPG
Changing the layout of the icons ie to a list view or more per column ie a row of 4 (currently), 6, 8, giving the user the choice
Possibly a modal/popup window to select the quality of the channel, Seems you have to click, click, click, click to pay the channel. - Less clicking, more of a one click play/select type option

Looks very nice though, keep up the good work.

MKV is not a supported streaming media format. It doesn't supported by the most of Browser, just Crome does have native support for mkv.

There is a way to reproduce mkv file on iOS and IpadOS device via webapp, i have developed a solution based on x-callback

Right now it is setup to use my own custom api endpoints that allows me to upload multipul qualities for movies to my vod but have my apps and addons display them as the one source with a quality selector unlike most apps where you will find multipul selections of the same movie just diffrent qualities but i can be changed to a modal as easy as pie bu i would rather not do that

what i am going todo is create a new settings screen where users will be able to select to play hd / sd / fhd for movies and tv shows and live tv and i willpossibly be providing my own custom api endpoints script to handel the collection of these qualities and other stuff i have edited
