I just check the installation twice on my test vps, and the installation is was successfull !
May you don't start the installation as root user.

Download this file manual and add it into the folder tmp
after that
comment out the line 104 and run again the script or if you want run manual the commands from section Altering MySQL Settings

send install script on root folder
give 755 permission and execute
wait untill finish but when is asked for the root mysql type passwd
after again tyme different passwd for ministra mysql
after the insstall will finish
after finish go to http://xx.xx.xx.xx/stalker_portal/server/adm/
