Hi,

Does anyone know how to fix the network interface when its not working? I have a server that just wont show the input/output under the network feature. I have ensure the correct Network Interface has been selected/input into the Manage Servers (I ran route -n | awk '$1 == "0.0.0.0" {print $8}') to get it

No matter what I try it just wont show, am I missing something? it could be a permission error on a folder/file on the LB server but not sure which one or what to change it too, any help/advice welcome.

Have you selected the right network interface on the XC panel? Did you check in SSH with that server with ifconfig if that was the right interface? If so, have you rebooted your server after making this changes?

Yes I selected the correct interface on the XC Panel (I did say that)

Yes I check with which was the interface via SSH on the LB server with route -n | awk '$1 == "0.0.0.0" {print $8}' which is more acurate than ifconfig (I did say that too)

Yes the server has been rebooted, it was rebooted after install and setup

I don't know if it worked as 1) I still don't have 200 likes and 2) the likes were not lowered, lol, however I do have a solution that works if you don't mind using SSH commands. Its reinstalling the software while the server is still live and active, I've done it on 2 servers so far and no issues since so its working for me.

I'm not sure if I can just post the guide in this post or if I have to make it a resource so DM me if your interested and I'll tell you how I did it as I don't want to break any forum rules.

Thanks for trying to help,

I solved my problem, and I think that forums are sharing and learning so:

I solved with download the nginx.conf from old server
Upload to the new one,
and then when I rebooted it shows all network interfaces, I choosed the correct one and it worked !!!

I tried that but it didn't work so I reinstalled the XCUI on the server while it was still live, over-writing the current files etc and that solved all issues with the server
