The panel works perfectly fine, I tested it myself. You need to understand php, if you don't then don't bother with it. It's honestly very basic php.

I can't figure out how to recompile the APK after decompile using APK Easy Tool though... it throws and error.

it already explains this in "Neutro.txt" file. Are you able to recompile without error? if so what program are you using?
