Question movie kick problem

Hi friends. I have a big prob. ı use xui one nulled v1.5.12.
I get a lot of complaints from my customers. Kick 2-3 times while watching 1 movie or TV series episode.
if I'm using vlc it goes to the next section. If I'm using xc or smarters pro 1 few seconds break retry and continue from where it left off.

My clients no longer enjoy watching vod. note: Xc firewall is turned off. I hope someone knows the solution.

I installed with the files downloaded from the original site, I think this is not the reason.

try going to Management, tools, quick tools.. and then to the General tab. and "Reauthorize MySQL on Servers" click on run...

When I did the mtr test, I saw an excessive loss. Then I changed company. everything is okay right now.

The problem repeats itself. I guess there is no solution without replacing the panel.
