Tutorial [MOD] LTQ Sports Schedule guide.

I recently inquired about customizing the sports schedule in LTQ. The instructions work with both 3.0.1 and version code 53.
Bluestacks is buggy when doing this mod so don't be alarmed if you try to use this mod on bluestacks. 3.0.1 doesn't like blue stacks anyway.

the native one that comes with it works the best, you can create your own customized one at their website and use in this tutorial.
The reason why you really do this mod is so you can modify your schedule after the sport is out of season and new ones come in. Much easier to update
a html file on your website host then update everyone's apk you have out, specially for you apk rebranders.

You can also use https://sport-tv-guide.live/widgets/tvguide but I found that works better on a website that I share with my clients, site is little buggy in ltq.

If i change anything on /res/strings.xml i get compile error
how do i change it with apk editor pro?

make sure you are using this string for using it. I use apk easy tool without issues...

<string name="sports_schedule" formatted="false">&lt;iframe src=\"http://yourdomain/ltq/sportsg.html\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%; border: none;\">&lt;/iframe></string>

If you don't leave the "\" after html you will get errors.

Can you post the log ?

I personally would never take someone else' work as my own, if I know who to attribute, I will. I know someone recently posted one of Fire's tutorials for XC 3.1.2 on another forum, copied and pasted everything including the megadownload links, without giving credit.

I guess my apk editor was bugged, it is working now with the apk easy tool.
