Resource Ministra + Stalker MAXMIND GeoIP2 (MMDB) PATCH 2020-06-08

I have faced an annoying issue with proper country detections of the clients in Ministra 5.6.1 (it is officially does NOT support geoip2), especially when it comes to IPv6. Even with up-to-date .dat file, converted from mmdb, ipv6 was still a problem. So I've ended up writing a patch to make it work with new mmdb format, without waiting when Infomir will decide to implement it.

In /stalker_portal/server/adm/users/users-list
you'll see countries flags on all the accounts regardless of IPv4 or IPv6 used. No empty spots, because your Geoip will be up to date, which can't be achieved with legacy format anymore. Proper geo detection will affect load balancing and other functions, which are depend on country code of the user.

If you follow provided instructions, it will be automatically updated.
