Can someone tell me what is going on with this version of ministra?
PHP 7.0 with ioncube loaded. phing command fails.
Tried to use 7.2 but ioncube complains that php files were encrypted with older version and can't run higher than 7.0.

not able to install php7.0 on ubuntu 18.04. so installation fails
