The qustion you have asked can not fully be answered as is.

Theoretically you can install xtream codes on a device with 1MB download speed and 1gb ram and 1 GHZ processor if you wernt hosting anything.

You need to calculate the number of incoming streams from your sources and the bitrate to workout some of the bandwidth.
you also need to estimate the outgoing bandwidth too, this will vary on the streams and the number of people connecting..

As mentioned several times in this forum you should run a dedicated server with 10GBs bandwidth and no less than 64GB ram (128GB or higher recommended)
the processor recommended also depends on load and transcoding.

Please note xtream is not a 1 server system (although it can be run this way)
