To all MDS Panel lifetime license owners:

Before we take the project to the next level, I need you to send me a private message with the following details:

1. Email used to register your MDS panel account
2. License information, including:
   • License type (Pro / Starter)
   • WHMCS license ID
   • Active or passive usage status
   • Current version you are running

Deadline:

• Standard window: 30 days from today
• Grace period: additional 15 days (total of 45 days maximum)After this period, your license account will be placed on standby if no response is received.

Upgrade Policy:

• If you did not use the free upgrade within 30 days last November, a significant fee will now apply.
• You may continue using your current version with your lifetime license, but no bug support will be provided.
• The latest version, v5.9.1, is stable, feature-rich, and resolves all known issues.

• Stability and long-term support
• Eligibility to move forward with the next phase of MDS development

Clarification on Lifetime Licenses​

We’ve noticed some confusion around what a lifetime license for the MDS panel actually includes. Let’s set the record straight:

• Lifetime license = lifetime usage. It allows you to use the product for life, but it does not mean unlimited maintenance or upgrades.
• Usage, not ownership. The license grants you the right to use the panel under fixed restrictions. It does not transfer ownership of the software.
• Server-bound license. Each license is tied to a single server, which must remain online for verification.
• Reinstall policy. You can reinstall up to 10 times, but only after removing the license from the old server first.
• Upgrade limitations. Maintenance and upgrades are not unlimited. If you missed the free upgrade window, future upgrades may require a fee.
• Expertise matters. If you’re not fully familiar with the product, please avoid making assumptions. The panel’s capabilities depend on your own resources — proper knowledge, reliable sources, and the right tools for your users.
• End-user experience. Your users will need suitable devices to view or listen to streams. Our panel is designed to work smoothly with all streaming sources and client devices, provided the infrastructure is set up correctly.
