After 1Day is the Status "Basic" and the payment is completly:

It's also stupid that you can't send any private messages to the team if you have problems because you don't have the rights.
The payment complete page in the forum also came up, but the account is not updated.

Hey Joshua,

This is due to the fact that the confirmation from the BTC blockchain takes somtimes longer as it should and the payment gateway receives the confirmation too late.
The result is that the payment gets times out and unfortunately the payment will mark as unpaid.

So in such cases, I have to check it manually as I did it in your case and upgrade the account manually as well.
