Main server high ram usage

The main server has 128 Gb Ram and there is no stream in it. But it uses 50-60% ram. I am using xtream 22e version.
I rebooted the main server several times. but again ram use is rising.
Could you please help me?

Friend, that is because there are open processes. The same happened to me and I spoke to the datacenter and they fixed it. I know there are some commands to solve it but I have not found them.
