Request magbox macnumber blocked in xc v2?

hello amigos. i have 2 magboxes (their macnumbers) and they have been on the server before. these 2 accounts have been deleted and now i want to add them again, and i can add them....but on client side (the magbox) it says this device is blocked. after deleting the accounts we search through database and their is no such macnumber. so i add again but still says "this device is blocked"... any idea?
we had this before and the good old xc technical guys sorted it..... but i dont know how.... there is no more panos, despoina, etc anymore..... anybody knows this issue?

have 3 magboxes i cannot use now
any idea?
