Mag Box - STB Blocked - Help V2.9

Hi, Hope someone can help me here,

My server will not allow NEW mag boxes to connect, Old ones from when xtream codes as working fine .. Even if I del the mag box from the server and re add it works, But new ones wont load,

Removed that and still dont work

Mags lost all folders using xtrem-UI .. any pointers?

So would i need to add Mag 420 to the supported list?
