Mag Box Channel Loading Issue.

Hello,

I have the issue mag box not showed all channels

Example : i have 12 k channels some users have issue mag box not loading.

when i edit bouquets and remove some channels its working perfect


Any Advice ?

which panel, version? Have you tried to optimize your database?

try to TRUNCATE epg_data; I had the same problem and it was because of the epg

Login to XC via MySql

mysql -u root -pPASSWORD

use xtream_iptvpro;

Then run each one of these commands:

TRUNCATE panel_logs; TRUNCATE client_logs; TRUNCATE stream_logs; TRUNCATE epg_data; TRUNCATE user_activity; TRUNCATE login_logs; TRUNCATE mag_logs; TRUNCATE reg_userlog; TRUNCATE user_activity_now
