MAG 250 unable to load Bootloader Menu

Hi,
I'm trying to add another portal on my MAG and in order to do so i need to get into the Bootloader Menu but when using command Reboot Device from system settings nothing happens. I should get the infomir screen to continue but the box is unresponsive , basically when click on OK to start reboot stay there forever and screen won't change. Other option i tried to get it into is pressing the reset button on the back of the box while plugging in the power cord and this time i got into screen where show me the option to launch Bootloader menu but when selected i get new screen where shows the Android logo toy and that's it, nothing more happens, looks like get frozen in that screen.
Any help with this issue well appreciated.

you already tried factory reset ?

Nope because scare to wipe all the info not sure of the implications doing that and not able to recover the box properly.
