Loop in channels in Live.

Hello, good afternoon, I have a problem, some time ago, sometimes it does not.
There are times when the channel loops, and goes back 1 minute, then goes forward, and so on several times.
Anybody knows what could be the problem?

Anybody knows what could be the problem?

Probably you open more connections than you have,, On your restreaming line
Sometimes it depends also by Server bandwidth
