Looking for own iptv solution

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for solutions for my own iptv system.
I am moving to my new house and unfortunately, it's not possible to install sat dish there...
What I want to do, is create VPN between my parents house and my new house and stream everything using VPN.
At the moment source broadband is 350Mb/s / 40Mb/s and destination place as well. Soon source place will get symmetric broadband on 1gbps level.
I need create system for maximum 10 - 15 devices (including phones and tablets).
At the moment I ve got TBS 6909 octo card and moi pro AMD IPTV Streaming Server.
I installed card HP Proliant G6 server with 2 x Xeon 3Ghz processors, so I don't want use tbs moi pro at the moment.
What software in yours opinion i should use for build service like that?
I would like to get good API on TV like for example I va got from Plex.
Software must working with option for transcoding.

Could you please show me some best ways to do that?

1. you don't say how your getting the DSL from your parents is it point to point ubiquity or some other method. If its point to point put VPN on the router receive side.

All the rest depends on the above.
