I'm looking for a stable IPTV source or a restream of KCTV (Korean Central TV) from the Express 103 (96.5°E) satellite.
I am specifically interested in the 1080i HD feed (usually found on 3707 R). Does anyone have a working .m3u link or a private server that carries this specific satellite feed?
Most of the public web-streams are low quality, so I'm hoping to find someone who is pulling the raw TS stream from the sat.
