I need the server and the software. Between having the soft where can I install it? That is my question. It is so simple to ignore. I am new in transcoding and has done it with normal PC and it burst almost all ressources

This is an off-topic. I would suggest to go to developer's website and try a trial first, email them with such questions.
Basics are: Nvidia GPU with patched driver. What kind of GPU model is up to you.
