Question issue with Xtream UI mode ssl and cloudflare

Hello all

I'm facing issue when i turn my main server xtream ui into https mode and use cloudflare as proxy for main this work but some users from some internet providers like free can't connect to the server to solve problem i have to stop proxy in cloudflare

more infos :

SSL certificats are in main server and work fine ( certbot cert ) and in cloudflare ssl is active in flexible mode

did someone have an idea about this issue
