I was wondering, does anyone know how to bypass user's ISP throttling?

even a cheap router

Its very Hard sometimes in Germany some Company make Problems and on other iptv works good. Only Solution i know is vpn, but its not every time a good solutuon because sometims the vpn server is full ore the speed is to slow.. Think about a solution without VPN in a IPTV APK? And what is Transcode?
